The Opportunity

We are currently seeking ambitious sales professionals for our growing Adobe Digital Experience (Dx) Inside Sales Renewals Specialist function. This is a key growth area of the Digital Experience portfolio and you will be part of a strong team of individuals who are seeking to retain and grow our Dx customer base. You will work closely with the Install Base Account Executives within the Enterprise business. You will carry an ASV retention and growth quotas. You will be focused on managing and renewing all Dx renewals up to $250K renewals and growing the ASV by upselling and optimizing the existing relationship.

What you’ll Do

  • Achieve/exceed quarterly sales quota by renewing existing Dx customers and growing the existing relationship through upsell/increase.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities which includes but not limited to; targeted sales campaigns, social media selling, and virtual customer meetings, face-to-face (as and when required) towards achieving agreed business goals
  • Negotiate, liaise and communicate both internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the sales process.
  • Deliver online or face. to face presentations and demonstrations and coordinate internal resources as needed. Including providing pricing and contract terms on renewals or growth opportunities.
  • Manage a renewable book of business to ensure customer value realization, high retention rates and focus on upselling within the existing Dx footprint.
  • Maintain and develop existing customers through appropriate personalized value propositions, relevant internal engagements, and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of, customer engagement and experience therefore accelerating business growth.
  • Conduct oneself in a highly professional and ethical manner, adopting behaviors that enhance the reputation of the company. Act with integrity.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback.

What you need to succeed

  • Candidates should have a track record of successful lead generation and understanding of the sales process.
  • Candidates should have a track record of exceeding goals and sales targets.
  • Understanding of the end to end sales cycle management from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to call within all levels of an organization, identifying decision makers, and building long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility
  • Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to build pipeline through individual prospecting, lead qualifying, and cross-selling/up-selling into our customer base as well as targeting potential new logos
  • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team
  • Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation across the business

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

Colorado Starting Salary: $70,900 – $92,100

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
