What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Team in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with administrative support to include but not limited to, proofing advertisement copy, assisting with marketing projects, maintaining the marketing campaign calendar, generating analytic reports, processing invoices, managing phones and e-mails.
  • Social Media and Reputation Management – The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating all social media content, paid social media efforts, scheduling, and inbox engagement. The Marketing Coordinator responds to all reputation review sites including but not limited to TripAdvisor, yelp, expedia, etc. to ensure proper communication with guests pre and post stay.
  • Assist with in-house graphic design needs including but not limited to: digital slides, printed collateral, advertisements, etc.
  • Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects as needed.
