ABOUT OUR TEAM
We are a collective of creatives who come together to encourage progressive design, innovative thinking and constant exploration. The Central Graphics design team sits within our Color, Graphics & Materials design function and uniquely spans across footwear, apparel, accessories and licensing. We are enthusiastic about our craft, dedicated to inclusivity, and strive to make work fun!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a creative individual who can deliver graphics and patterns that will energize our line, specifically for the footwear organization. This role will drive design perfection through original content creation, technique selection, color application, and ensures manufacturability of concepts. The candidate needs to be strong at concepting/storytelling and able to execute original graphics and repeated patterns using a variety of techniques, including but not limited to, free hand illustration, painting, collage and CAD programs. You would need to be highly creative, collaborative, is able to work cross functionally to deliver against deadlines and targets.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with the Central Graphics design team and footwear organization to interpret Graphic direction into concepts relevant to your footwear category consumer. To stay aware of their needs, you will build awareness of current graphic trends through the culture of fashion, sport, art and design through market and creative research. Our style is highly energetic, so you will be ideating and concepting together with other designers. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure the designs are manufacturable and deliver against our creation calendar. Clear communication is a must, as you will be producing tech packs for our factory partners.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This position reports to the Senior Graphic Designer within Central Graphics, which sits within our CGM Design Organization (Color, Graphics and Materials). You will work collaboratively with all our design subject areas and collaborate closely with the Category Director within our footwear organization. Additional partnerships include functions such as Product Merchandising and Development. This position has no direct reports.

WHAT YOU BRING
BFA in Graphic Design, Illustration or 1-2 years of experience in related fields. Proficient in Adobe Suite.
