What you’ll bring

  • Advanced knowledge of video & audio signal flows and current AV & event technologies
  • Advance knowledge of conference room setup using industry proven technologies
  • Advanced AV & Event troubleshooting skills, methodologies and use of diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of OSI model with expertise on layers 1 through 7.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting OSI layers 1 through 7.
  • Experienced working knowledge of conference room standards and signal protocols.
  • Experienced in developing conference room system designs working with associated hardware and software.
  • Broad knowledge of current conference room methodologies, designs and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Demonstrate depth of knowledge and advanced experiences in conference room technologies.
  • Provide conference room tech support, both onsite and off, as needed
  • Always ensure vendor compliance with all Customer safety and procedural guidelines
  • Coordinate RMA processing and parts procurement as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as completing service tickets, and coordination with end-users
  • Work flexible schedule as required
  • Other duties assigned as needed

How you will lead

JOB CONTENT AND SCOPE (fundamental role)
  • Technical contributor with basic level scope and network complexity.
  • Supports complex conference room setup where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of identifiable or intangible variables.
  • Subject matter expert in multiple Audio Visual (AV) and Event technology areas.
  • Technical knowledge of conference room technology.
  • Prepares documentation for designs, proposals and conference room support presentations.
  • Participates in design and testing of conference room setup and related hardware and software.
  • Provides analysis for conference room equipment technologies and lab testing solutions (when applicable)
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously on tight timelines
  • Establishes evaluation criteria and processes

  • Long-term capacity planning, baselines, policies and procedures
  • Proposals, whitepapers, presentations and technical documentation
  • Test plans, Maintenance plans and conference room system designs and configuration documents
  • Technical procedures and process documentation
  • Tier 2 technical support
  • Project plans for owned deliverables
  • Design and conduct test and implementations plans
  • Document solutions to routine event setup
