What you have
- Extensive knowledge of Document Control internal processes, policies, and procedures.
- Minimum of 18 months experience with Document Control strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to consistently achieve high efficiency while maintaining excellent quality.
- PC skills, including all DC relevant Schwab platforms and applications as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally verbally and in writing.
- Ability to recognize patterns and trends and opportunities for improving processes and consistency across teams/sites.
- Ability to recognize when it’s appropriate to escalate critical issues to management.
- Strong client focus with the ability to look at each task “through clients’ eyes”.
- Ability to protect the confidentiality of information or concerns shared by others.
- Results Orientation: Focusing on the desired end result of one’s own or one’s units work; setting challenging goals, focusing effort on the goals, and meeting or exceeding them.
- Flexibility: Openness to different and new ways of doing things; willingness to modify one’s preferred way of doing things.
