A typical branch office has one financial advisor who meets with clients face-to-face and one branch office administrator who enhances the team’s ability to build deep relationships with clients. Headquarters associates in St. Louis and Tempe provide support and expertise to help U.S. and Canada branch teams deliver an ideal client experience. Edward Jones currently has more branch offices than any other financial services firm, and we continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual investors.
New Accounts in the Operations division supports our Branch network by reviewing and approving account opening and account maintenance documents. We are seeking a motivated and self-driven full time associate with excellent time management skills and attention to detail to support document processing. You would be responsible for processing routine activities within a narrow parameter, including verifying documents for completeness, adherence to guidelines, signature authorization, and additional documentation. This is a Home Office Associate opportunity.
- Process account authorization documents
- Make accurate entries to the appropriate account
- Mitigate risk by verifying document accuracy
- Promote positive communication both within the team/department and when working with Branch Offices
- Time management skills, ability to prioritize and attention to detail valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accept and adjust to change
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must display working knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Outlook and Excel
- Previous data entry/large volume data processing
- Ability to multi task (work 2 different documents at one time)
