Embrace a new challenge and come join the Talent Acquisition team that fuels all the talent that makes this possible.Intuit’s Talent Marketing team is looking for marketers of all levels (Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Senior Marketing Manager) to join our team to plan and implement programs to hire top talent globally. Ideal candidates for this role are passionate marketers with experience designing and executing effective marketing campaigns and programs.

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant digital marketing experience engaging talent that includes hands on experience with marketing programs with a proven record of setting high goals and achieving them.
  • Experience managing events and campaigns, building, optimizing and scaling these to improve acquisition, conversion and user engagement using data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent program management and data/analysis skills, and experience with marketing automation tools (Eloqua preferred), to execute and deliver best in class ROI.
  • Experience researching and translating customer insights to develop impactful content that connects emotionally with target audiences.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills engaging talent – you will be creating content and communicating internally and externally with the Intuit talent brand in mind.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Learning mind-set, scrappy, roll-up your sleeves attitude….you get things done!
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and digital marketing strategies preferred.

How you will lead

Could include but not limited to:

  • As a hands-on marketer, you’re comfortable working on your own campaigns and making decisions quickly. You’re a “get stuff done person” that can juggle multiple programs and thrive in the execution details.
  • As a demand marketer, you understand how to create program plans, develop content and clear documentation, manage project timelines, and successfully launch programs to acquire talent (ex. Webinar, Online/In-Person conference & events and email).
  • As a partner marketer, you know how to develop relationships with partners and associations to help us find the best ways to engage and source diverse talent.
  • Using your strong communications skills, you are able to collaborate and influence internal stakeholders and recruiting teams
  • Maintaining a data-first approach you are comfortable tracking, measuring, analyzing and reporting on all campaigns for effectiveness, optimization and ROI leveraging our closed-loop reporting framework.
