Job Description
Facebook is seeking a Recruiting Program Specialist to join our technical staffing team. The web is shifting from a vast encyclopedia of information to a social environment that reflects our real identities and the relationships and information we care about. - Logistical support for the Global Product Design and UX Research Candidate Debrief Programs as well as additional orgs as needed
- Schedule candidate debrief sessions for standing, ad hoc, and batch days
- Manage offline review and ensure SLA is being met
- Partner closely with Admins and Directors for Candidate Debrief scheduling and load balancing
- Maintain documentation for candidate tracking as well as monitor debrief volume and cancellation/reschedule rates
- Find replacements for facilitation, and debrief lead
- Create and facilitate coordinator training sessions
- Assist with facilitator and debrief lead training sessions as well as recruiter debrief refresher training
- Track and report on Candidate Debrief metrics including packet volume, debrief lead participation rates, and CR debrief sessions on an ongoing basis
- Work cross-functionally with Recruiting and Business
- Work in tandem with the Recruiting Program Managers to maintain consistency within the Recruiting leaders and Business stakeholders
- Scheduling and management of training courses and materials
- Wiki Maintenance
- 2+ years recruiting coordinator, project management, or program management experience
- Strategic, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Time management experience and experience working independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools & experience working with data
- Proven communication skills
- Relationship building and customer service skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity & frequent change
- Proficiency with Facebook tools specifically Candidate Session Manager and Candidate Packet Review Tools
