What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with strong account management skills within a fast paced, high growth environment.
- Experience supporting corporate/accelerating functions, sales or customer success is strongly preferred
- Proven success using creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with diverse pools of talent to develop robust candidate pipeline
- Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity, using internal ATS to track and analyze pipeline activity, proactively providing updates and insights with key stakeholders, leveraging strong communication skills across multiple formats
- Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed

- Effectively manage the end to end recruitment process and owns the relationship with the hiring manager, and influences the manager on the profile and sourcing strategy.
- Has deep empathy for the candidate, the hiring manager, and the interview panel overall. Focused on delivering our customer benefit (speed, quality, and experience).
- Has the ability to execute sourcing strategies to deliver on the roles they are managing.
- Utilizes data to influence outcomes in day to day work, as well as influence hiring managers leveraging data and insights.
