Job Description
Class Start Date: October 2021
Shift Requirements: All shifts are evening and listed in Eastern Standard Time. Shifts are Monday – Friday w/weekends
Available shifts range from: 2:30pm – 11:00pm or 3:30pm – 12:00am EST (Evenings)
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour (Up to $19.20 per hour on weekends with weekend differential.)

What You’ll Do
-
Handle both inbound and outbound telephone calls for acquisitions and verification.
How You’ll Do It
-
Review and satisfy services related to Patriot Act requirements.

Take telephone credit applications.
-
Review other applications in accordance with company policies and procedures—Students, Frozen Credit File, Adverse Action calls, etc.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

High school diploma or GED
-
1+ years of experience in credit call center
Bonus Points If You Have

A quiet workspace

Internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps
