What you are good at
- Managing assigned Remedy tickets, connecting with customers, detailing work performed and status in tickets, closing all tickets in a timely manner and updating asset status.
- Assuring and adhering to the Asset Management processes and procedures for asset accuracy in the CMDB. This includes timely updates to the status/sub-status and all required fields.
- Participating in team project work that may include periodic after hours and weekend work.
- Adopting and implementing business and process improvements.
- Collaborating regularly with peers or external and internal partners.
- Work independently but receive some guidance and instruction from Site Lead and Manager.
- Excellent customer service skills, troubleshooting skills and verbal and written communications skills
- Working with hardware break/fix service providers
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Prioritizing work
What you have
- 3-5 years of recent technical support experience; college degree or equivalent experience.
- MS Windows 10 and macOS operating systems
- Imaging and deployment
- Ticketing system use
