About This Role:

To support the Quality and Regulatory department in data entry, data analysis, complaint processing and general administrative responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Complete data capture and data analysis tasks.
  • Assist in complaint processing using Dynamics 365.
  • Attend weekly team meetings.
  • Support other Quality and Regulatory tasks as deemed necessary.

What We’re Looking For in You:
Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma with experience working in a professional environment.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
  • Ability to quickly read, understand and type hand written customer comments into a spread sheet format.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of documentation using basic logic and justifications when needed.
  • Communicates well showing understanding, empathy and compassion to others.
  • Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates, 2-year degree in Science related field.
  • Ability to develop clear and concise written reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with quality system regulations and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with IT security, HIPAA and Privacy requirements for medical devices.
  • Basic medical device regulatory documentation knowledge is a plus.
