The Opportunity:

Adobe is looking for a Key Accounts Customer Success Manager for its Marketo business. In this role, you will work with our customers to build strong partnerships, drive adoption of our products/solutions, and ultimately ensure they realize value from their investment. What you’ll do

  • Actively foster the success of a portfolio of assigned Marketo customers.
  • Own retention, development, and up-selling of focused accounts.
  • Develop a fool-proof success plan to ensure organization adoption and expansion of our product.
  • Close renewal business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quarterly quota.
  • Build and conduct Executive Business Reviews with executive leadership in your customer base
  • Establish and grow relationships with leaders and decision makers.
  • Become familiar with the Marketo platform.

What you need to succeed

  • 4+ years of account management or customer success experience from a high-tech SaaS company – ideally with Marketing Automation, CRM or related applications (i.e. ERP systems)
  • Experience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully bring to bear technology solutions.
  • Lead projects from conception to closure, and have experience using internal resources to get things done.
  • Emotional intelligence – actively listen in order to understand root cause of issues and how to identify solutions that meet the customer’s needs
  • Executive presence – build trusted relationships with decision makers, executive sponsors and end users.
  • Hold a Sales Quota and have a drive to hit your quota
  • Experience running a sales cycle
  • Experience carrying a book of business with accounts where spend is in the six figures
  • Operational excellence – you have consistency in keeping CRM up to date

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

Colorado Starting Salary: $110,600 – $143,600

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
