Description:This position is an internship with the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area, supporting the Sikorsky line of business Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) team. The position will afford the selected candidate the opportunity to learn more about the business development function, and to build relationships within a truly dynamic team.

This role will support analysis of opportunities, engagement with customer inquiries and other functions for our NextGen Fast Helicopter (NGFH) team. The experience will include analyzing customer and internal data in support of key recommendations to transform our business operations. Additional projects will be tailored to fit our business need and the ideal candidate’s individual development goals.

While this position is located in Stratford, CT the candidate experience will include telework (currently more than 50% of the time but subject to change). Candidate location is otherwise flexible.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related Business subject matter or area of expertise in strong alignment with the scope of this position and demonstrated strong academic performance.
• Demonstrated leadership in both academic and extracurricular engagements
• Proficient with key office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• A true team player; happy to support others to achieve a common goal, work with diverse teams and take initiative to support the team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
