Purpose

  • Development, optimization and transfer of analytical test methods with respect to internal and regulatory requirements. Support PDP process through the provision of analytical test method support, technical guidance and trouble shooting.

Responsibilities

  • Analytical test support to R&D Analytical laboratory.
  • Purchase of laboratory instruments.
  • Validation, operation, maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting of laboratory instruments
  • Ensure all analytical testing is carried out as defined in Quality System
  • Perform analytical method development and validations as required.
  • Provide analytical support to process validations
  • Review of all laboratory Quality Systems to ensure compliance to GMP.
  • Participate in Regulatory, Internal and Vendor audit programs as required
  • Participate in Regulatory, Internal and Vendor audit programs as required
  • Provide technical guidance / trouble shooting where applicable
  • Review and approval of Laboratory results and documentation
  • Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
