Job Description

The Platform Services group is a dynamic team supporting a Customer Self-Service, AI based product – Bold360. Our team will serve as a trusted advisor and help solve business and technology challenges related to their knowledge management needs. You will become an expert in the Bold360 product and how it integrates with the rest of the company. Interact with internal business and technical teams, as well as the outside vendor, to promote, deploy and integrate the tool across the company as well as determining tool roadmap, usage patterns and best practices.

The Cloud Software Engineer (AI, NLP) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Independently determine the needs of the customer and create solution frameworks.
  • Design and develop moderately complex software solutions to meet needs.
  • Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions.
  • Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.
  • May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 2-4 years

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related scientific or technical discipline
  • Knowledge Management concept and tools

Skills

Working knowledge of SaaS solutions – implementation and integrations
Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
Product Testing including testing and evaluating software, usability testing, UAT, and using relevant product testing technology
Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
Skilled in data analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Excel
Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand, both in writing and verbally
Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively toward a common goal
Experience using software and computer systems’ architectural principles to safely integrate enterprise computer applications such as enterprise monitoring, enterprise identity and access management, API based software, AWS Applications and other SAAS products
Expertise in developing websites for hosting via intranet or Internet, which may also include web design, web content development and scripting
Knowledgeable in cloud technologies and cloud computing
Knowledgeable in DevOps techniques and tools

Tools

Skilled in using Selenium for testing
Skilled in programming
Experience using BitBucket, Jenkins
Experience using APIs for developing or programming software (HTTP/HTTPS, REST/SOAP Web Services)
Skilled in CSS, HTML, XML, XSD, XPATH, JSON & JSONP
Skilled in Java, JavaScript and Python
Skilled in using UNIX
Experience in data extraction and transformation (ETL)
Skilled in Excel
Skilled in using Cucumber for supporting Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
Skilled in SQL
Experience using and integrating with SharePoint
Experience using and integrating with Confluence/Jira
Experience in Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistic
