What You’ll Do
You will have a pivotal role in the Corporate Development Integration (CDI) team, supporting strategic programs that drive Cisco’s growth and business transformation. This work includes articulating the value propositions or value drivers, and development of the operational risk management plan for each program. These programs run the gamut from acquisitions and partnerships to divestitures and joint ventures.

The IPM is an acquisition integration (AI) leader accountable for the program management of the development of the integration plan, the alignment of the pillar and function strategies and plans and the execution of those plans. They facilitate the analysis, communication, collaboration and monitoring of the integration plan and its objectives. They drive cross-functional alignment with the Cisco team and the acquired designees to achieve the targeted outcomes.

As needed, you will facilitate the use of our integration practice tools and approach with Cisco and subject matter experts from the target to achieve clarity of objectives. You will drive the various planning readouts, summarizing the work of the target and Cisco to ensure executive consensus.

Align stakeholders and drive projects forward through creating shared understanding of objectives – always keeping the big picture in mind
Asks the right questions to foresee and unblock issues before they arise
Possesses advanced facilitation and presentation skills to manage team members and align stakeholders
Has backbone to drive work and hold self and others accountable by the establishments of clear expectations, gaining commitments, and managing a project plan of check points and stage gates.
Actively engages team members to discover skills and strengths – collaborates and aligns to deliverables
