Your Opportunity

As a mid-career Desktop Service Support Analyst at Schwab, you will provide second level support for technology problems and fulfillment services (move, add, or change requests) involving desktops, laptops, monitors, phones, and personal printers for employees working locally or remote.

What you are good at

  • Managing assigned Remedy tickets, connecting with customers, detailing work performed and status in tickets, closing all tickets in a timely manner and updating asset status.
  • Assuring and adhering to the Asset Management processes and procedures for asset accuracy in the CMDB. This includes timely updates to the status/sub-status and all required fields.
  • Participating in team project work that may include periodic after hours and weekend work.
  • Adopting and implementing business and process improvements.
  • Collaborating regularly with peers or external and internal partners.
  • Work independently but receive some guidance and instruction from Site Lead and Manager.
  • Excellent customer service skills, troubleshooting skills and verbal and written communications skills
  • Working with hardware break/fix service providers
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Prioritizing work

What you have

  • 3-5 years of recent technical support experience; college degree or equivalent experience.
  • MS Windows 10 and macOS operating systems
  • Imaging and deployment
  • Ticketing system use
Colorado Compensation
Target Total Compensation – <$69,700 – $125,500>
