Manage Supply Chain COGS, OPEX and CAPEX budget, including planning, budgeting forecasting and productivity improvement;
Analyze the trends of Key financial metrics such as Overhead , expenditures, and headcount
Monitor KPI, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
Ad-hoc business performance reporting
Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of Supply Chain Functions
Continually drive and implement dashboard reporting.
Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
Reconcile various systems and data sources at Month end and Quarter End
