Job Description

What You’ll Do

As the Global ETP Leader in People support, you will drive consistency in the employee data delivery and Verification of Employment across multiple theaters. You will manage to key performance indicators and recommend process improvements that enhance data quality. The global ETP leader will drive consistency and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

  • Understand the interdependencies and cross functional relationships and identify areas of improvement.
  • Drive digitization opportunities to increase employee self-service, reducing cycle times, costs whilst increasing experience
  • Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and management of the client relationship and continuous improvement for quality & process effectiveness
  • Responsible for working with managed service regional managers in hiring and training
  • Work towards achieving high quality services by ensuring accuracy and flexibility (meeting progressive targets) within the agreed SLA.
  • Work with third party vendor for VOE services in US and future international expansion project.
  • Be a point of contact for Managed Services, Initiate and maintain Quarterly SOW renewals and monthly budget accruals

Who You’ll Work With

Along with your regional team leads you work and manage, you will be an employee data service liaison with multiple leads within our stakeholders such as Benefits ,HR, Compensation , Payroll, GCS. GPS, as well as other teams that work with/for Employee data and Verification of Employment.

  • Strong leadership/organizational skills
  • Data Driven
  • Must have excellent written/ verbal communication (English)
  • Detail-Oriented –analytical skills, ability to tell stories with data and report to senior leadership.
  • Understanding of data privacy practices and policy at Cisco.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, ability to work remotely, across time zones and cultural differences.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • BA/BS degree in Management, HR or related field
