What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years of experience in copywriting, content design, content strategy, or related field; B2B or financial industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, with impeccable grammar
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results; knowledge of design principles and methods is a plus
- Effective communicator
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating your craft and collaborative process
How you will lead
- Craft and edit clear, concise, and compelling copy for landing pages, emails, direct mail, social media, sales assets, and other project deliverables
- Collaborate effectively with visual designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers
- Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to creative reviews
- Contribute to brainstorming, and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research
- Transform tax jargon into conversational, approachable language
- Adhere to content frameworks and patterns based on brand and campaign guidelines
- Work on multiple quick turn projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage expectations appropriately
