Role & Responsibilities:
- As part of the Global Litigation and Investigations Team, s/he will provide dedicated legal support to the Legal Order Processing Unit Center of Excellence.
- This position will work under the supervision of the VP & Senior Counsel and will provide overall support for the legal order processing function.
Are you ready for the challenge?
- Degree in Legal Studies or Criminal Justice
- Must have 3+ years as a legal assistant in a private law firm or government office
- Experience managing dockets and attorney calendars
- Experience with assisting with the preparation of responses to discovery requests
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and ability to apply this knowledge to daily work
- Sense of urgency and ability to discern critical matters
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, able to analyze and problem solve
- Able to quickly train on, navigate, and extract information from a variety of databases and information platforms
- Able to work productively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Workplace Flexibility: Potential to work remotely part of the time based on current projects and team needs.
