We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.

Job Summary:

  • Understand and comply with Company’s procedures with regards to heath, safety and environment
  • Run a laser, laser/ink jet or E.I.D. marking station to mark Livestock identification tags as per SOP
  • Train new employees in a buddy system training operation to perform tasks at all levels below the level for which the laser operator has been qualified.
  • Accomplish the marking of Livestock identification tags which meet engineering and customer requirements.
  • Watch for and take prompt action, including shutting down the work- station temporarily, when operational malfunctions are seen which could jeopardize the quality of the tags being produced.  When the work- station is shut down, prompt action will be taken to secure help in correcting the malfunction and getting the work- station back up and running in as short a time as possible.
  • Be able to maintain a required and acceptable daily output as determined by the job and machine worked on.

Candidate prerequisite:

  • Experience in operating a computer, including an ability to operate a mouse, pull a file and demonstrate ability to learn new basic computer skills.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills such as able to count, handle numbers, add and subtract.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Nuestros equipos de operaciones de fabricación son las personas que fabrican nuestros productos. Trabajamos en la planta local conectada a nuestra red de fabricación global para garantizar la más alta calidad de materias primas, productos intermedios y productos terminados.

Resumen del trabajo:

  • Comprender y cumplir con los procedimientos de la Compañía con respecto a la salud, la seguridad y el medio ambiente.
  • Ejecutar un láser / chorro de tinta en la estación de marcado para marcar las etiquetas de identificación del ganado según el POE.
  • Capacitar a los nuevos empleados en una forma del sistema de compañeros para realizar tareas en todos los niveles por debajo del nivel para el cual el operador láser ha sido calificado.
  • Realizar el marcado de etiquetas de identificación de ganado que cumplan con los requisitos de ingeniería y del cliente.
  • Estar atento y tomar medidas rápidas, incluido el cierre temporal de la estación de trabajo, cuando se observen fallas operativas que podrían poner en peligro la calidad de las etiquetas que se están produciendo. Cuando se apaga la estación de trabajo, se tomarán medidas inmediatas para obtener ayuda para corregir el mal funcionamiento y hacer que la estación de trabajo vuelva a funcionar en el menor tiempo posible.
  • Ser capaz de mantener una producción diaria requerida y aceptable según lo determinado por el trabajo y la máquina en la que se trabajó.

Requisitos previo del candidato:

  • Experiencia en el manejo de una computadora, incluida la capacidad de operar un mouse, extraer un archivo y tener la disponibilidad de aprender nuevas habilidades informáticas básicas.
  • Competencia en habilidades matemáticas básicas como contar, manejar números, sumar y restar.
  • Se prefiere el diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
