Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist with designing and coordinating internal and external communication strategies. In this role, you will update communications policies and procedures with support from your team and manager, as well as utilize various mediums, such as email, teleconferences, and/or newsletter to ensure effective communication.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Marketing and Communications – Communications Strategy – Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in designing, coordinating, and executing internal communication strategies and projects.
  • Prepare a variety of communications, including talking points, Intranet articles, enterprise emails, leadership blogs, and division newsletters.
  • Create, proofread, and modify content, including business communications, Intranet articles, enterprise emails, leadership blogs, and division newsletters.
  • Create and distribute communications to employees through content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Assist with keeping the team on track and accountable for project work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Partner with Shared Services teams, such as Creative Services and the Website Team, to develop solutions that help address business objectives.
  • Work with teammates to interact with business units and program/product teams to assist in developing communications strategy.
  • Build relationships with other members of the Marketing & Communications Division to enhance our storytelling and integrated communication efforts.
  • Use data to inform decision-making processes as it relates to outlets, cadence, and approach for communication strategies.
  • Take time to pause on reflect on your completed individual and project work; share lessons learned with teammates and continuously improve.
  • Gain confidence in your ability to develop creative solutions for our business partners that help them achieve their intended business outcomes.
