Job Description
As a valued colleague on our Marketing and Communications – Multifamily Communications team, you will assist in planning and implementing all aspects of marketing strategies, objectives, and initiatives to support the Multifamily business objectives.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Marketing and Communications – Marketing Strategy – Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Acts as lead in preparing, drafting, writing and editing communications.
  • Provide communications and marketing support for all Multifamily affordable and mission driven business activities
  • Make suggestions and assist with implementation of marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
  • Create and convey brand messages, as well as improve brand awareness.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
  • 1-2 years of related experience performing strategic marketing and writing for external communications.
  • Strong writing skills; can take complex information and formulate it into an easy to understand and readable format.
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Ability to work with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with mortgage, financial services or real estate industry.
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion; ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Excel or Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage and engage stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Can build relationship networks.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and persuading others. Can facilitating meetings and resolving conflict.
  • Experience using SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Workfront is a plus.
