About the Role:
The Prin Benefits Analyst will help bring the benefits team to the next level. The analyst will help plan, research, develop, implement, and communicate benefits policies and programs to support the attainment of business objectives.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Communications:
- Manage communication vendor relationship and communication budget
- Develop and oversee benefits annual communications plan leveraging resources from existing vendors and internal partners with key deliverables to include compliance related communications, annual open enrollment, and updates to benefits website and platforms.
- Create communications to support key initiatives based on VOC (employees, managers, HR)
- Liaison with key partners (Corporate Communication, DE&I, ERGs, Close the Gap, and Business Divisions).
Awareness and Training:
- Develop manager training to support well-being initiatives and increase awareness of resources to support employees.
- Advise, educate, and coach Human Resources and vendor call centers on benefit programs, policies, and systems.
- Establish alignment opportunities in partnership with global Total Rewards team members, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other established committees.
Benefit Program Management and Compliance:
- Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of benefit trends to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company’s strategy.
- Provide input on and support all areas of benefits including design, delivery and measurement.
- Represent benefits and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives (i.e open enrollment, acquisition integration)
- Responds to and resolves a variety of escalated benefits issues.
- Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing benefits administration and recommend appropriate course of action.
- Manages annual compliance notifications (SMM, SPD, ACA, 5500s)
- Annual support of Benefits and corporate survey completion
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 -7+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing benefits administration
- Ability to plan and organize project assignments of substantial variety and complexity
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven success in building collaborative relationships across an organization
- Experience in developing communications for a diverse workforce with varying levels of literacy and access to technology
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Brainshark, Yammer, Content Management Systems and other social and communication platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in communications or benefits preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on key projects/initiatives.
- Strong vendor management skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs
