Title: Project Manager – Research and Development

Location: Malvern, PA

Duration: 6 Months

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Johnson & Johnson through external staffing partners of Kelly OCG. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Johnson & Johnson.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitation of weekly cross-function CAR-T and Lentivirus External Analytical Testing Operations team meetings and deliverables with key External Contract Labs, including monthly forecast facilitation and development
• Facilitation and communication / minutes-keeping of multiple weekly cross-function BTDS Critical Materials Readiness team meetings, with team’s aim to monitor, identify and escalate, communicate and mitigate key GMP and non-GMP material and lab consumable supply challenges that may impact our Clinical and Development operations
• Timely as-needed submissions of BTDS Contract and Purchase Requisitions supporting our various BTDS functional teams, per Purchasing and Contracting systems and supporting BTDS Business Operations processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience and aptitude in Project Management and execution of tracking practices preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred
