Come join the Intuit Risk Operation team as a Disputes Representative! We are seeking a highly skilled and engaged individual with a passion for customer obsession and maintaining compliance with card regulations while protecting and minimizing the impact for our customers.
What you’ll bring
- Experience with credit card disputes within the payments industry (2 years preferred)
- Excellent research and investigative skills.
- Ability to make independent and sound decisions and think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to partner and work seamlessly across the team to effectively document and share problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Maintain 90%+ overall service level and strive for one call resolution
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Make outbound calls to customer and other financial institutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced, high volume environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude and team player who demonstrates Intuit values.
How you will lead
- Ability to process manage high volumes of exceptions dispute cases in an accurate and timely manner.
- Analyze and understand incoming documents to ensure the validity of disputes.
- Manage work queue to ensure timely and quality completion
- Ability to discern potential risk
- Communicates (verbal and written) complex issues in ways that the customer easily understands and resolve disputes
- Excellent research skills using sources such as internal proprietary tools, internet search engines, partner tools/ systems.
