This position contributes to the success of the business by serving as the primary client or store- evel sales partner who is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts including – ordering, delivering, and merchandising all Evolution brand products and maintains frequent interaction with the client and related personnel (store manager, produce manager, receiver, etc.). Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

As a route sales partner, you will…

  • Develop and maintain assigned accounts relative to sales volume, product distribution, space allocation and customer service
  • Utilize point-of-purchase materials (promotional tags, shelf talkers, etc.) to stimulate sales
  • Perform schematic resets (adjusting shelving, following plan-o-grams)
  • Increase revenue by identifying sales opportunities and unmet customer needs and activating against those needs
  • Educate and share promotional programs and product information with assigned accounts and to new accounts to ensure Evolution Fresh standards are achieved
  • Deliver product to assigned accounts with adherence to regularly scheduled delivery time windows
  • Ensure FIFO rotation on all products within given accounts
  • Maintain products and display equipment (coolers, glides, etc.)
