In a typical branch office, a financial advisor meets with clients and receives branch office support, so they can focus on building deep relationships with clients. Headquarters associates in St. Louis, Tempe and Mississauga provide support and expertise to help U.S. and Canada branch teams deliver an ideal client experience. Edward Jones is looking for a Solutions Architect in the Legal, Compliance, and Supervision product space. The position will directly support the design and development of new technology and strategic firm initiatives and be responsible for defining and building the solutions architecture to support the Legal, Compliance, and Supervision product roadmap. The role is expected to follow architectural best practices and build scale and efficiencies that enable future business growth.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Responsible for leading engineering efforts to align product vision to enterprise strategies, technology roadmap, and digital transformation.
  • Ability to evaluate new technologies and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to guide and mentor agile teams on architecture, design, and integration of business software across multiple product platforms while making sure all application software is built with performance and scalability in mind.
  • Skilled communicator and negotiator with exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Member of the leadership group leading this product space with the ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, agile delivery teams and other architects across multiple Product Platforms.
  • Shows a commitment to high ethical standards and integrity and demonstrates this through action

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
