Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team based in our Washington D.C. office, you will work closely with the Product Owner and Director to understand the product vision and roadmap as well as help drive the evolution of the product.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Treasury – Product Management – Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Support the product team in communicating clear problem statements to both customers and technology partners
  • Translate business needs and features into testable user stories using Agile framework, and validate against acceptance criteria via testing
  • Conduct/support sprint demonstrations to customers
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues, capturing solutions and completing releases
  • Assist Treasury Initiatives team and secondary customers with supporting, testing, and planning for additional Treasury applications across the team
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and provide feedback to senior team members.
  • Collaborate with the team on ongoing maintenance of the product lifecycle.
  • Assist the team in ensuring product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.
  • Assess and mitigate risks in solution development process
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Desired Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Financial Services or Business with a Finance concentration
  • Strong understanding or capability to quickly learn about Financial Markets
  • Experience as a product owner or with a product owner within an Agile environment, contributing to the development of product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping etc. and leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Customer-centric focus with a proven ability to analyze pain points and formulate corresponding solutions
  • Experience working with Summit FT
  • Experience graphically representing information via Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
