Responsibilities

Provide technical support to achieve the reliable and compliant manufacture of oral drug products following the applicable regulations and corporate standards. Evaluate preventive / corrective actions applying scientific expertise on equipment, facilities, computer systems and manufacturing operations. Responsible for technical documentation and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives and transfer of new products to the manufacturing site.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Pharmacy or scientific related field. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required and experience with dry products manufacturing and technology transfer activities is preferable.

Additional Skills

Fully bilingual (Spanish / English). Computer literate, self-driven, teamwork oriented, problem solving skills, critical thinking.

– Excellent communication skills at all levels (with both internal and external resources).

  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
  • Excellent technical documentation skills.
  • Able to work irregular hours, rotating shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary.
