Overview

Total Potential Rate up to: $20.00/hr.

Base Rate: $14.50

Step Wage Increases over 18 months; Up to $40 Weekly Attendance Bonus; Productivity incentives; Shift Differentials

Walk-in Hiring Events are Wednesdays 1pm-4pm and Fridays 9am-1pm

Distribution Center is located in Junction City, KS.

Responsibilities

For everyone’s safety, follow company and OSHA safety procedures provided at training.
Process orders by packing and labeling merchandise for shipment to stores and customers and learn how to operate a radio frequency box scanning device.
Unload merchandise for processing inbound freight and sorting according to purchase orders to load merchandise for shipment.
Build strong relationships with others to excel in a team and exciting fast paced environment.
Provide insights on areas that need attention or improvement to the supervisor, manager, safety director or to human resources.

Qualifications

Applicants must be 16 or older, have a positive attitude, be open to learning, work well with others and have the willingness to prioritize customer needs.
Qualified candidates will be able to stand, walk, and lift weighted boxes. More details will be provided but will need the ability to meet vision requirements and meet other physical demands within labor regulations.
